01. Selling or Distributing Without a Permit. Criminal penalties apply to any business or individual(s) who sells or distributes tobacco products to the public without a permit. (3-17-22)
02. Department Notified of Violation. If the Department is notified of a violation of Section 39-5709 et seq., Idaho Code, the Department will contact the appropriate law enforcement authority. (3-17-22)
