01. Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 16.07.01, "Behavioral Health Sliding Fee Schedules." (3-15-22)
02. Scope. These rules provide the sliding fee schedules, based on federal poverty guidelines, and fee determination process for the adult mental health, children's mental health, and substance use disorders programs within the Department. This chapter of rules applies both to voluntary and court-ordered recipients. (3-15-22)
