01. Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 16.06.05, "Alleged Medical Neglect of Disabled Infants." (3-17-22)

02. Scope. These rules are established to ensure protection of, and attention to, the needs of infants in health care facilities throughout the state who have been continuously hospitalized since birth, who were born extremely prematurely, or who have a long-term disability. (3-17-22)

03. Purpose. The purpose of these rules is to ensure coordinated response to reports of alleged medical neglect of infants who are in health care facilities throughout the state and who have been continuously hospitalized since birth, who were born extremely prematurely, or who have a long-term disability. (3-17-22)
