Revisit and relicense studies will document how the foster home continues to meet licensing standards. Consideration must be given to each standard, including a review of the previous study and original application to determine what changes have occurred. A renewal application must be made by the foster home on the Department-furnished form and filled out prior to the expiration date of the license in effect. The existing license will, unless officially revoked, remain effective until the Department has acted on the application for renewal.
