Section 16.03.21.001 - SCOPE

These rules govern:
01. Certification. The granting, denial, or revocation of certification is based on whether agencies are adequate for the health, safety, and the care, treatment, maintenance, training, and support of participants under these rules.
02. Application. Any person, corporation, or association may apply to the Department for approval and certification of the applicant's DDA.
