Section 16.03.21.120 - RENEWAL AND EXPIRATION OF THE CERTIFICATE

Universal Citation: ID Admin Code 16.03.21.120

Current through September 2, 2024

01. Renewal Request. An agency must request renewal of its certificate no less than ninety (90) days before the expiration date of the certificate, to ensure there is no lapse in certification.

02. Expiration Without Timely Request for Renewal. Expiration of a certificate without a timely request for renewal automatically rescinds the agency's certificate to deliver services under these rules. If an agency's certificate is rescinded, a new application for certification must be submitted to deliver services under these rules.

Effective March 17, 2022
