Section 16.03.18.325 - EXCEPTION TO CHARGING A COPAYMENT

In order for a copay to be charged by the provider, the Medicaid payment amount for the services rendered during a visit must be equal to or greater than ten (10) times the amount of the copay described in Section 310 of these rules. The Medicaid payment amount is determined by the Department and published in the Medicaid Fee Schedule. (3-15-22)
