01. Records Available Upon Request. Each ICF/IID must be able to print and provide paper copies of electronic records upon the request of the individual who is the subject of the requested records, the individual's legal guardian, payer, or the Department. (3-17-22)
02. Census Register. Each ICF/IID must maintain a census register that lists: (3-17-22)
a. The name of each
individual residing in the facility; (3-17-22)
b. The individual's date of admission and
discharge; and (3-17-22)
c. A daily
census of each individual who is in the facility on any given day.
