01. Unrelated to Owner. The governing body of each ICF/IID must ensure that individuals residing at the ICF/IID are unrelated to the owner. (3-17-22)
02. Appointment of Administrator. The governing body of each licensed ICF/IID must appoint an administrator. (3-17-22)
