Section 16.03.04.603 - PERSON OUTSIDE HOUSEHOLD FAILS TO PROVIDE PROOF - CHANGES

Food Stamps cannot be closed solely because a person outside the household fails to provide requested proof. The Department will attempt to get another source of proof if a person outside the household does not provide requested proof. Disqualified household members are not persons outside the household. (3-17-22)
