Section 16.03.04.265 - SITUATIONS NOT CONSIDERED VOLUNTARY JOB QUIT OR REDUCTION OF WORK

Situations not counted as a voluntary job quit or reduction of work hours are listed below: (3-17-22)
01. Ending Self-Employment. The person ends self-employment enterprise. (3-17-22)
02. Employer Demands Resignation. A person resigns from a job at the demand of the employer. (3-17-22)
03. Laid Off From New Job. A person quits a job, secures new employment at comparable salary or hours and then is laid off. A person quits a job, secures new employment at comparable salary or hours and through no fault of his own loses the new job. (3-17-22)
