A mandatory participant can requalify for Food Stamps after a sanction. The participant must contact the Department and request an opportunity to comply. The participant must show that failure to comply has ended. Before certifying failure to comply has ended, the Department may require the participant to attend an assigned activity for up to two (2) weeks, to show willingness to comply with work program requirements. (3-17-22)
