Section 16.03.04.207 - NON-CITIZEN ELIGIBILITY PENDING VERIFICATION

When the applicant or the Department has submitted a request to a federal agency for proof of eligible alien status, the Department must certify the person applying as eligible for Food Stamps pending the results of the investigation. The certification can last up to six (6) months from the date of the original request for proof. (3-17-22)
