01. Cause. The Director or the Director's designee may temporarily suspend, or revoke a permit for failure to comply with these rules or in cases where the permit has been obtained through nondisclosure, misrepresentation, or misstatement of a material fact.

02. Suspension. If the Director or the Director's designee determines that conditions at a public pool constitutes a serious danger to the health or safety of the public, a written order stating the particular reason for suspension will be given to the operator; the permit will be immediately suspended and the pool closed until such time the condition is corrected. 03. Revocation. If an operator fails to comply with the orders of a temporary suspension, the permit will be revoked unless the operator immediately closes the pool. The permit holder will be advised of his right to appeal.

04. Reissue. The permit may be reissued upon proper application and upon presentation of evidence that the deficiencies or abuses causing revocation have been corrected.
