Under Section 56-1003, Idaho Code, the Idaho Legislature has delegated to the Board of Health and Welfare the authority to set standards for laboratories in the State of Idaho. Under Section 56-1007, Idaho Code, the Department is authorized to charge and collect fees for services rendered by the Department. (3-15-22)
