01. Title. The title of these rules is IDAPA 16.02.02, "Idaho Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Physician Commission." (3-17-22)
02. Scope. The scope of these rules is to define the allowable scope of practice, acts, and duties that can be performed by persons licensed as emergency medical services personnel by the Department of Health and Welfare Bureau of Emergency Medical Services and Preparedness and to define the required level of supervision by a physician. (3-17-22)
