Under Section 56-1028, Idaho Code, the TSE Council is required to establish TSE regions that provide more effective access to the Idaho TSE system through education, but not for the purpose of promoting competition, restricting, or directing patient referrals within the region. The TSE Council has established six (6) regions in Idaho described in the TSE Standards Manual. (3-28-23)
