Section 15.04.01.075 - BONUSES

01. Performance Bonuses. Up to a total of two thousand dollars ($2,000) may be awarded each fiscal year, in recognition of exemplary performance. In extraordinary circumstances exceptions to the two thousand dollar ($2,000) limit may be granted if approved in advance by the State Board of Examiners. Documentation of the exemplary performance and related bonus award must be provided to the employee and placed in the employee's agency personnel file. (Ref. 02. Employee Suggestion Award. Appointing authorities may award up to a total of twenty-five percent (25%) of the savings realized from an employee's idea to save taxpayer dollars, not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000). (Ref. Section 67-5309D, Idaho Code) (3-31-22)
