Section 15.02.30.210 - EXPLANATION TO VENDORS OF RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Program shall furnish to each vendor copies of documents relevant to the operation of the facility, including rules and procedures, a written description of the arrangements for providing services, the agreement and permit covering the operation of the facility, and shall provide explanation of these documents upon request by the vendor. (3-31-22)
