Section 13.01.10.262 - RESPONSIBILITY OF POSSESSOR OF CAPTIVE WILDLIFE

Any person possessing live wildlife in captivity is responsible for the care of the wildlife in possession and the protection of the public, and liable for the expense of capture or destruction of any escaped wildlife, including any costs incurred by the Department. The Department makes no representation concerning public safety of any licensed captive wildlife or facility. (4-6-23)
