01. Application. Application for a license to possess captive wildlife on an individual basis will be on a form prescribed by the Department. (4-6-23)
02. Inspection and Examination. Upon Department request, the applicant or license holder must make animal(s) available to the Department for inspection during business hours or provide a valid Certificate of Veterinary Inspection for any captive wildlife possessed. (4-6-23)
