01. Governing Board. An institution or district shall receive approval from their governing board prior to accepting petitions or authorizing any charter schools. (4-6-23)
a. Notwithstanding Sections 400 through 404, of these rules, denial of a new petition by an institution is final. A petitioner may submit a petition that has been denied by an institution to any other authorized chartering entity. (4-6-23)
