01. Title. The title of this chapter is IDAPA 02.02.12, "Bonded Warehouse Rules."
02. Scope. These rules clarify the procedure for licensing, collection and remittance of assessment, determining claim value, maintaining electronic records use of electronic scales and remedies of the Department for non-compliance.
