Section 6-82-51 - Cost verification

The provider of public interest pay telephone service shall file with the commission, from time to time as directed by the commission but not less than annually, a verified accounting of its costs in providing public interest pay telephone service. The commission may prescribe the form on which such verified accounting must be made. All such accounts are subject to audit by an independent certified public accountant selected by the commission.
