Section 6-77-5 - Addressee for written reports

Each written report required by this chapter must be made to the commission with further transmittal of a copy within ten days for incident reports and not later than March 15 for annual reports to the Information Resources Manager, Office of Pipeline Safety, Research and Special Programs Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, Room 8417, 400 Seventh Street S.W., Washington, DC 20590.

Safety-related condition reports required by section 6-77-12 and 49 C.F.R. §191.23 for intrastate pipeline transportation must be submitted concurrently to the commission, and to the Information Resources Manager, Office of Pipeline Safety, Research and Special Programs Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation, at the address stated above.
