(a) Before commencing shared tenant service, the provider shall submit a rate schedule to the commission. Revised rate schedules shall be submitted to the commission before the effective date of the revised rates.
(b) A rate schedule is effective upon filing, and no commission action is required to validate the schedule; provided that the commission may, at any time, as it deems appropriate, examine any rate schedule.
