Section 3-177-503 - Voter service center; return Of materials

(a) After the voter service center closes on election day, or any earlier day as determined by the clerk, the voter service center officials shall follow the procedures for closing the voter service center. The voter service center officials shall return all of the following materials to the designated supply collection center:

(1) Sealed ballot transport containers containing unissued ballot packets or ballots;

(2) Supply box; and

(3) Other election documents and materials as specified by the chief election officer or clerk.

(b) Procedures associated with the return of specific voter service center materials prior to election day may be established by the chief election officer, clerk, or designated representative.
