That part of the lowest piping of a drainage system that receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of buildings and conveys it to the building sewer beginning five (5) feet (1524 mm) outside the building wall.
Justification:
This amendment is included to correspond with provisions contained in HRS 448-E.
