Section 18.5.9.1 is amended by adding a paragraph to read as follows: The AHJ shall be notified whenever any fire hydrant is placed out of service or returned to service. Owners of private property required to have hydrants shall maintain hydrant records of approval, testing, and maintenance. Records shall be made available for review by the AHJ upon request.
