Section 4.5.8.8 is added to read as follows: 4.5.8.8 The AHJ is authorized to witness any maintenance, or test of a portable fire extinguisher, fire protection system, and fire alarm system by a certificate of fitness holder to determine if the maintenance or test meets the minimum requirements set forth by this code, applicable rules, and statutes.
