109 - Commercial cooking extinguishing system acceptance test

Section 50.4.3 is amended by adding as follows: 50.4.3.4. Prior to the commencement of initial cooking operations, a satisfactory acceptance test of the system shall be made in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The acceptance test shall be of an approved method and witnessed by the AHJ.
