10 - Fire insurance records and reports

Section 1.11.5 is added to read as follows: 1.11.5 Upon the AHJ's request, every company or agent transacting the business of fire insurance in this State shall be required to file with the AHJ in each county a monthly record of fire losses paid or incurred on forms prescribed, permitted, or furnished by the AHJ. These forms shall contain information on each fire loss such as the name of the insured, name of the adjuster, date and time of fire, construction of building or structure burned, amount of insurance paid, and apportionment of the loss where more than one company insured the risk. The current National Fire Incident Reporting System report forms may be used.
