Section 23-201-13 - Reporting theft and loss

(a) The theft or loss of any substance specified in section 329-61, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to include exempted items listed in section 329-64 Hawaii Revised Statutes, discovered by the permittee shall be reported in writing to the department within three calendar days of the receipt of the actual knowledge of the discrepancy.

(b) The report shall include the name of the common carrier or person who transports the substance, and the date of the shipment of the substance.
