Section 21-6-5 - Consideration and disposition of petition for rulemaking

Within ninety days after the receipt thereof, the commission shall either deny the petition in writing, stating its reasons for denial, or initiate proceedings in accordance with law for adoption, amendment, or repeal of the rule, as the case may be.
