Section 21-5-5 - Contested hearings; notice of hearing

(a) The commission shall give at least fifteen days' notice to the respondent prior to a contested hearing, unless such notice is waived in writing by the respondent. The notice shall slate the date, time, place, and nature of the hearing; the legal authority under which the hearing is held; the particular sections of the statutes or rules involved; and the fact that the respondent may retain counsel If desired.

(b) The hearing may be continued from day to day or adjourned to a later day or to a different place without notice other than the announcement thereof at a hearing by the commission.

(c) The commission shall publish the notice of hearing, along with the charge, further statement of alleged violation, and any responses thereto, on its website within a reasonable period of time after issuance of the notice of hearing,
