Section 21-5-11 - Post-hearing complaint

After the commission has issued a written decision, it shall determine whether sufficient cause exists to issue a posthearing complaint and, if so, shall issue such complaint pursuant to section 84-32, HRS within thirty days of issuance of such written decision.
