Section 21-3-8 - Changes in position; exit disclosure

(a) Filers transferring from a position requiring the filing of a confidential disclosure to a position requiring the filing of a public disclosure shall file a new, public disclosure within thirty days of the first day in office, whether on an interim, acting, or permanent basis. Other filers who transfer positions need not file a new disclosure statement until the next filing deadline.

(b) Filers shall file a disclosure within thirty days of any filer's final date in state office or employment, unless the filer filed a that days of the final date of state office or employment.
