Section 19-129-8 - Public notice

The authority may require the publication of public notices informing the public that work will be done in an area, and that an obstruction or danger of obstruction of major proportions may be caused, requiring the detouring of traffic or causing unusual congestion. The authority, in its discretion, may determine the manner and number of times public notice shall be required, but generally shall provide for publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the work is to be done for three consecutive issues in advance of the start of the work.
