Section S8-3 - Definitions

The definitions set forth in section 17-2031-3 of Chapter 17-2031, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Project Based Voucher Program, are incorporated by reference and attached as Exhibit A, and are made a part of these rules, subject to the following additional definition and amendments:

"Request for tenancy approval" or "RFTA" means a required HUD form that the family provides to the unit owner to complete, and provides the authority with information necessary to determine if a unit is eligible for rental assistance.
