Section 17-2040-55 - Rental application fees

(a) The participant shall be responsible for the payment of a rental application fee by a landlord or owner. The HPHA shall not charge application fees for participation in the program.
(b) The authority may pay up to the full amount of the rental application fee for initial move ins for a dwelling unit where the fee is required by the owner or landlord to submit an application, and the application fee has not yet been paid, and upon the availability of emergency housing voucher funding.
(c) Payment for these expenses is also subject to the availability and allotment of designated funds.
