(a) The authority shall maintain a list of approved mortgage lenders from which a family may obtain financing to purchase a home.
(b) Lenders shall obtain the authority's approval of the terms of the loan.
(c) Lenders shall notify the authority when a participant becomes delinquent by more than thirty days.
