Section 17-2032-42 - Manner of voting

The voting on all questions coming before the resident advisory board shall be by motion, duly seconded, and shall be entered upon the minutes of such meeting. When requested by the chairperson or any member, a roll call vote shall be taken. All measures voted on by resident members shall be advisory in nature unless it pertains to the election of officers.
