Subchapter 3 - PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Section 17-895.1-26 - Communication between parents and caregivers

(a) Centers shall obtain from the parent or guardian a description of the infant's or toddler's daily routine and behavior patterns prior to enrollment; and

(b) Caregivers shall relay information and concerns about the health, development, or behavior of the infant or toddler, as well as positive experiences, directly to the parents or guardians on the day of the major change, symptom, or event.
