(a) The department may refuse to take new applications, deny benefits, reduce benefit amounts, or terminate benefits described in this chapter when there are insufficient funds to pay for benefits.

(b) When allocated funds for the NRST benefits have or soon will be exhausted, the department may issue notices to applicants of actions being taken by the department to administer the NRST benefits program.

(c) A decision under this section shall be final and conclusive and is not subject to review under section 17-803.2-8.
