An impacted family shall not be subject to the mandatory reporting requirements established in sections 17-798.3-17(a)(1),(10), and (11); provided that the family unit applies no later than October 31, 2023 and meets eligibility requirements as of October 31, 2023, regardless of when the eligibility determination is made.
