(a) A SEE program participant shall be subject to TANF benefits sanction as specified under chapter 17-656.1 when the participant:
(1)
Fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter and chapter 17-794.1;
or
(2) Voluntarily quits a
subsidized employment without good cause or is terminated by an employer for
cause.
(b) A SEE participant shall be ineligible to participate with the SEE program when the participant:
(1) Voluntarily quits a
subsidized employment without good cause or is terminated by an employer for
cause; or
(2) Is no longer a TANF
recipient and the SEE program agreement has ended.
