Section 17-795-8 - Termination of the program

(a) The department, at its sole discretion, may terminate the SEE program in whole or in part upon thirty days written notice for any reason including but not limited to insufficient funds, decreased need for the program, or if it is determined no longer beneficial to the department or FTW participants.

(b) The department, at its sole discretion, may refuse to take new employer applications, or reduce employer reimbursement rates when there are insufficient funds to continue reimbursements at the current rates.

(c) The department, at its sole discretion, may-terminate an individual agreement with a specific employer or refuse to enter into future agreements with a specific employer.
