Section 17-794.1-61 - Job development and job placement component

(a) The department may provide job development and job placement services to all participants needing the assistance.
(b) Activities under this section shall include, but are not limited to:
(1)
Soliciting public or private employers for unsubsidized job openings or in
discovering the openings;
(2)
Marketing participants; and
(3)
Securing job interviews for participants.
(c) The department may pay for child care, transportation, and other supportive services to participants who are scheduled for job interviews, provided funds are available.
