Section 17-684.1-64 - Additional three-month eligibility

(a) An individual who regained eligibility as specified in section 17-684.1-63, and who is no longer fulfilling the work requirement, is eligible for an additional period of three consecutive countable months, as defined in section 17-684.1-58. The eligible period shall start as follows:
(1)
On the date the individual first notifies the department that the individual is
no longer fulfilling the work requirement; or
(2) If the individual has been satisfying the
work requirement by participating in a work program, on the date the department
notifies the individual that the individual is no longer meeting the work
requirement. An individual shall not receive benefits under this section more
than once in any three-year period.
