(a) An able-bodied adult subject to the provisions of this subchapter shall report the following changes within ten days of the date the change becomes known to the household:
(1) When work or training hours decrease
below twenty hours per week, averaged monthly; and
(2) When employment or training is
terminated.
(b) The reporting requirement specified in subsection (a) shall be adhered to regardless of the type of reporting system specified in chapter 17-650 that the department has assigned to the household.
